No I just think it is stupid of them to be so disrespectful to Big Brother when it is Big Brother who has given them such a great oppourtunity in the first place.
It's not really disrespectful, Big Brother doesn't really care what they say to them, or get offended. They are getting them viewers, that's what whey should want.
That woman sounded pretty pissed off to me

I'm sure that BB are quite enjoying the fact that they're raking in large amounts of cash from the entertainment value this year.

They really are making a mistake putting two of the best housemates up though... I wonder if they'll laugh when they have less money for tasks in next years BB because they fecked it up.

I can see it now. Musical chairs with the winner escaping nomination. Who can sit inside the longest when the sun is blazing for a special party. Who can stay in bed the longest without farting?

BB have really messed up big style, they could and should have put dogface and bea up as well for noms talk
So the double standards that marcus, freddie and siavash have been talking about tonight is very evident, if this series was really amazing and all were contributing to it then we could lose a big character and there would be more to watch anyway.
But they are nowhere near having that luxury, and so when freddie or marcus goes their viewing figures will go with it.
They changed the rules instead of punishing for noms talk. Marcus wasn't punished for noms talk last week so what are you worrying about?
Thats why they announce on noms day that siavash and marcus had broken rules and so the whole house was up for eviction, come on now what show are you watching lol
That turned everyone against them and so their punishment was that
The public decided who should be saved lol not marcus or siavash they didnt know what their fate would be.
But dogface hasnt even been told anything about her rule break
What show are YOU watching. BB changed the rules so they could talk about the nominations because everyone kept doing it.
sophie discussed noms BEFORE they were allowed to chat noms what show are YOU watching lol
For crying out loud! Firstly Sophie wasn't the only one who talked about noms this week BEFORE they changed the rule and secondly, they changed the rule because they kept talking about the noms because they were sick of housemates deliberately breaking the rules to put themselves up. That way, they can no longer break that rule. This is instead of the punishment. It's called playing them at their own game. THAT is the show I am watching!!!

Yes........Today's foul mouthed offensive by the three kiddiewinks in the DR was the final straw for BB. You could tell by the voice of the woman speaking for BB that she had had enough. :pat:
It's like they forgot she is a real person, they deserve what they get imo
The BB woman's voice definitely broke down and you could tell she was upset by the obsenities. She did well to get it back together and send them out the DR.
Yeah I thought she was going to get someone else to talk

That woman was clearly affected and how stupid would big brother look if they just let them get away with it? They would be running the house which defeats the idea of the show

keithafc 11-08-2009 01:26 AM

Why aren't they trying to get rid of the deadwood.

If they had any sense, they would.

Rodrigo, Charlie, Lisa and Sophie should all be the next to go. Mabye not in that order but they should all be the next people out. And David, see i forgot one. That's how dull some of them are.

Although all do play a part to a degree, they are kind of boring.

Marcus, Freddie, Bea and Siavash have kept it alive recently. Plus with Lisa biting of course lol.

Not really.. Have you read 1984? It's by an author called George Orwell. I suggest you do and come back to me with what BB is all about in an essay in 250 words or less.

I'll give you a hint, it's about opression and rebellion.

kisywisy 11-08-2009 01:29 AM

don't be silly!! why will the show be over?? if freddie leaves, it still leaves marcus in there to do the same as he's done for the whole show (break rules and not give a ****). if marcus leaves, freddie will still be there to do the same as he's done the whole show (analyse EVERYTHING)

the plus for either of them staying is that bea will still be there for both of them to argue with

it's the same every week. "the show is over if [insert name here] is evicted"

never happens.

Well that's pretty much the point... they rebel, BB punishes. It's opression in the form of a gameshow and the rebellion causes entertainment. Whether you like the form of entertainment or not... it makes better viewing than people sitting around bitching and smoking waiting for the next low budget task BB can come up with.

BB instills the need to rebel by making the house boring, so if they get any backlash from the HM's then it's entirely their own doing. Point ended.

I respect your opinions but to get so mad at people giving you something to watch that's interesting other than the mindless drivel thats repeated constantly elsewhere, then I truly don't understand.

I did answer what you said originally. I said that it is no different than last week when Marcus and Siavash broke the rules and all were put up for eviction. That was not a punishment for them but for the other housemates. This is no different! Come on! They have to draw a line somewhere! It is getting boring when housemates continually keep putting themselves up in this way. I think it was a good twist and it makes it more interesting. We will probably get a chance to see people discussing it with each other on tomorrows HL show. Should be able to see who the real so called gameplayers are.

Yep whichever one doesn't go next week will be up again next week along with Siavash, then the survivor will be up against probably Bea the week after, and please God they had better survive against her!

I could actually see Siavash make it to the final week, I think he would beat Freddie or Marcus in a vote to evict and definitely Bea so he could be alright.

If the three musketeers are going to be torn apart then the only justice of it is if ONE of them can at least make it to the final. And the only one I can see doing that is Siavash.

Are you blind... it was pretty obvious who was getting nominated before the rule change. If they'd stuck with last weeks tactic, Sophie would have messed it up for everyone because she spoke about noms before anyone. BB chose to ignore this and let them nominate knowing that Freddie and Marcus would be up after their quite funny antics.

Engineered. Big Brother put them up.
