I hate to agree with you on something as serious as a clinical illness and we'd be foolish to lay claim to any wild and unsubstantiated theories, but you may well be on to something there. She does seem a bit detached and though I wouldn't go as far as to say that it might be bipolar, there's definitely signs there of some underlying issue. But anyway, we shouldn't be hasty.

InOne 11-08-2009 09:24 AM

Or she could just have been planted by BB.

Kazanne 11-08-2009 09:24 AM

Oh she has got a statergy, and the others should have called her out the moment Tom exposed her. Bea, is way too trasparent, false and manipulative to truly be called clever. she just has the art of being disloyal, untrustworthy and nasty to a tee!
she hates golf!!! What are you on about?
Who ****ing metioned golf?
lol

camaleon 11-08-2009 09:24 AM

She is like a psychopath, using people feelings and emotions to destroy them... and feeling good about it...

Bipolar manifests itself with wild, euphoric highs, followed by deadly, crushing lows. Bipolar untreated, in most cases, is like riding an out of control roller coaster. I can't see anything in Bea's behaviour that might suggest she's bipolar. Vicious, yes, spoilt, yes. Bipolar? I don't think so.

Yeah, like I know alot about bipolar. But I guess she is only young and has had a sheltered upbringing, so maybe she is a spoilt little madam. But it is just sometimes when she literally darts from one person to one person spouting stuff. She could be in a mixed episode or rapid cycling, but that is probably going a bit far lol

Not all just about up or down, plus people can stay in one state for months at a time.

No no, I'm not saying anything about bipolar..... just that there may be some underlying problem. But we're only speculating here.

Yeah, if she was in any way decent, the alarm bells would have been sounding big time after she laid into Freddie at the bus stop and then Lisa and David both told her she was "completely right" in what she just said to him!!! Yep, you go Bea, you've just got two of the thickest HMs, whom you have professed to dislike profoundly, to agree with your attack on Freddie. If THAT doesn't have you questioning yourself, nothing will. And her lecture to Freddie about "self awareness" OMG, if he hadn't looked so thoroughly wounded and dumbfounded, it would have been hilarious. pot? kettle Bea?? Anyone???

I do of course. No problem.

I think people should treat such claims with a healthy scepticism.

Okay, I'm going with spiteful, spoilt nuttahhhhh :-)

Bea's got problems alright. She's constantly in denial, is addicted to drama (with herself at the centre) and has boundary issues to spare. All of this adds up to addictive but often uncomfortable viewing.

Bea's habit of trawling out her 'I’m so offended' line, as though someone's committed child murder, is going to ware thin very soon. I can't think that anyone will trust her fully now.

She's either unhinged or a plant.

thelionspet 11-08-2009 09:37 AM

playing a blinder

I agree with whoever else said that she thinks she is playing a blinder.

What I think she is trying to do is crack Freddie's popularity. She aligned herself first, just to get established safely.. then she wants to annihilate him. I don't like Freddie, think he's a slease bag.. but it is so interesting to watch him as she leaves him open mouthed and speechless. She just verbally distroys him.

Plus, he fancies himself as a politian... jez.. give me a break. He's a disaster.

It will backfire on her though.

Yeah, if Freddie can get soooo easily led on by Bea, and destroyed in arguments, he has no chance as a politian if he is put down that easy.

Ah don't be too cruel to him, he's not thinking with his brain anymore. Sure wasn't Bill Clinton caught with his pants down?

Still he seemed so composed at the start. Now he knows Bea is a bitch he will hopefully snap out of it. Although he was pretty much lost for words when Rodrigo said he had changed.
