Luanda - you are a disgrace to human beings.
Maybe just some of the posters on this thread are ignorant of neurological diversity. Halfwit's reactions were not "drama" because halfwit was reacting in the way that he could best react with the brain that god gave him. A severe dyslexic, he was flustered and unable to talk. I found it quite admirable to be fair how he was able to disassociate himself from his physical reactions, telling himself and others, that it was his body that was reaction. He was very lucid and specific about the phrases that had been spoken to him, which showed him doing the opposite of being a drama queen - which is to otherwise conflate the facts and exaggerate, and deepen one's own upset through allowing the imagination to reauthor the actions that have just past. I really felt for him but I hope he pulls through. He's a good guy at his heart, which is enough for me. He is very different and a little odd due to his dyslexia but I don't hold it against him. |
Empathy has nothing to do with it. If a person can't stand a bit of criticism and turns into a snivelling wreck then he or she is a spineless piece of hopelessness.

do you have a shard of ice where you heart should be? this was a man being broken, not just by tonight's events but the toll of 9-10 weeks of cruelty, bitching, arguments and ridicule. That evil woman just went on for the kill and finished him off. |

Your lack of sympathy for a person who is so upset baffles me. It is irrelevent whether we like Freddie or not, but his feelings were genuine and he should not be made to feel like that. |
i agree Shash, some people are just heartless and cruel

To call him 'hopeless' is to finite a comment. I do hope you would not be like this if this was an occurence in real life. If you are, I do hope you're not in a job role where you need to care for someone! |

Stop talking rubbish and making excuses. He is an immature fool who when he is challenged simply crumples into a mess. Dyslexia or any other convenient challenge you wish to add to the situation is nonsense. He is a moral weakling who is happy to judge others and when his little bubble bursts he crumbles. Halfwit is a nonsense of a man. |

I would suggest before people start bandying diagnostic terms like Dyslexia, you actually look it up and learn a bit about it. interestingly enough he managed to get into Oxford, so that says a lot about him suffering from severe dyslexia doesnt it?
Freddie may have a few minor problems with being unable to take criticism from those close to him, he may feel betrayed, how he reacts to it is down to him. He may have been faking it, he may not have, its down to the viewer to decide in their own mind. he does have a sense of the dramatic, remember the "I have no reason to disbelieve ...." speech. One thing I do think though this Thursday should be his last night in the house, if he wasnt faking it, he needs to be removed for his own mental health, because if Marcus goes the wolves will move in for the kill. If he was faking it, then he needs to be removed . |

1) you don't know on what criteria he entered Oxford 2) he has been quite adept at surviving up to now in hostile environment, and I suspect that has been his life story. He seems extremely resilient and not at all unresourceful - so to say that he has to be removed to before it gets worse is to prejudge the situation. He isn't suffering depression - he was however suffering a panic attack tonight. You're just spinning crap basically. |

I would rather a man cry than pretend. If you think that it is because a femaile spoke strongly to him, that he is crying that is not the reason. Freddie has more backbone than any of the other hms in there. He has been through things that none of the others could possibly cope with. However I feel we all have our views on certain things and our own opinions on things too and I appreciate your opinion. |

I am suprised Freddie has managed to cope with the environment by this I mean the hms too. Nevermind lets hope he is ok that is the most important thing isn't it. |
Are you aware that the most brave of men cry it is the weak ones who cannot admit to crying as they feel it damages their male ego.
Rubbish, all men cry but it is weak men who cry when they cannot handle a simple bit of criticism. There is a difference, you know! |

And I would seriously recommend you find proof he has dyslexia, and read up a little on it. He may have dyslexia, he may have related conditions but a lot of cr@p has been spouted about his "problems". As for spinning crap, look in the mirror and wipe your chin it will dribble onto your top soon. |

Lets hope that Freddie is ok. How can I judge Freddie. |

Luanda - now I know you are joking - if you thought tonight was just 'a simple bit of criticism' then you're seriously deluded.
I can't believe I have fallen for another completely waste of time thread again! I must stop! |

That wasn't a panic attack Halfwit claimed to be having. He was anxious and couldn't handle someone criticising him. Both he and Bea are self indulgent emotional *******.
