This is only the second time he hasnt nominated and if BB are not punishing him appropriately, thats BB's fault not Siavash's. Other housemates have broken the rules too.. why are you singling Siavash out?

What about all the rules Marcus had broken too.. climbing on the roof, acting aggressively towards other HMs, taking down the fixtures, etc.... so should he be thrown out too?
