Yep, but they didn't give her the airtime or the back story that the public crave on these kinda shows. Rachel believed - rather foolishly in hindsight - that the strength of your voice and performances alone should determine your value and of course, as we've seen, it requires more to gain the publics interest on these vacuous, superficial programmes.
And I agree about Lucie: I don't see any personality and you can sense that in her voice. It's very dull. Stacey is over playing the dim but nice part which is blinding people to the fact that she's a hopeless performer. Rachel was the one with the real class.
