this!

Yeah and also I bet them people are so gutted when they get banned from driving after getting too many points on their license or drink driving etc.. they must get depressed having that sense of freedom taken away from them for a year or 2. lol

30stone 07-11-2009 03:30 PM

Yeah must be horrible.

Going to work and the gym, now its getting close to winter is so easy, can't imagine having to walk or somthing to either.

Enid 07-11-2009 03:30 PM

Never even tried. I know I will get terribly nervous behind the wheel at first, and I have horrible road rage when in the damn passenger seats.

Lol I have a bit of road rage if I am rushing to get to somewhere but if I am in no rush, I dont care.

Enid 07-11-2009 03:33 PM

Thing is, there are so many bad drivers on the road and they frustrate me more than traffic jams.

Yeah the cold winter months and the fact that I start work at 3am, its good that I have a car and love listening to the radio stations too! I will have to get my ice scraper at the ready now seeing as though its Winter!

Yeah, but the ones that annoy me more than anything are the (usually male in this case) drivers that can't be bothered using their indicators. Frustrates me to no end... they're usually the d'heads in bmw's.

andyman 07-11-2009 03:57 PM

Yeah BMW drivers are truely bad, same with taxi drivers..

But to be fair on women they aint bad as old people.. Old people drive into shops and still blame the young..

Tom 07-11-2009 04:20 PM

Apparently you're a safer driver if you fail the first time because you become more aware. I'd say that makes sense, I'm a terrible driver, I ignore red lights etc when noone is about :joker:

LemonJam 07-11-2009 04:23 PM

My tests in 3 days, I may be able to answer this then. =D

Hahahahahahaha stop it!

Hahahahahahahaha.. Woooo.

I think in general, women are more careful drivers, but perhaps are a bit more prone to sill little mistakes and daydreaming etc.
Men are often better drivers but are more likely to speed and take silly risks so I think men are the more dangerous drivers...

*waits with fingers in ears to be shot down in flames*

This sounds really sexist, but I met a female pilot once and was horrified.. I hadn't really thought about it before, but for some reason (god this sounds terrible) I would feel safer with a male pilot...

*decides not to wait to be shot down in flames, but runs away instead*

I think you are right about the car driving theories.

Pilots.. well there are more male pilots than female ones? I don't mind whether it is a male or female pilot who is flying me but there are usually always 2 pilots on board to make the journey extra safe just in case something bad happens.

*gulps at thought of 2 female pilots*
