Tan ^-1(1.33) = 53.1

Thanks anyway.

Firewire 29-11-2009 06:38 PM

Twilight?

Firewire 29-11-2009 06:50 PM

Yeah I'm stuck again.

If sin x° = 0.3 and cos x° = -0.7, 0 ≤ x ≤ 360, calculate the value of tan x°.

:(

Stephanie 29-11-2009 06:51 PM

i hate maths

CiaraD 29-11-2009 06:58 PM

That stufff scrambles my brain :P

ILoveTRW 29-11-2009 07:03 PM

I didn't.

I used your answer to get the right answer.

I just had to re-arranged it to make sense to me.

:(

Is that not just 0.3/-0.7 because sin/cos? I'm terrible at math though.

Maths homework.

Trigonometric graphs and equations.

And I'm in the top class in my year.

It says..

Solve these equations, correct to 1 decimal place, for 0 ≤ x ≤ 360.

3 tan x° = 4

Can someone help me?

EDIT: SOLVED

jesus....they do teach kids a load of **** dont they?

Ross 29-11-2009 07:42 PM
