he won't flop. he's one of the few acts simon believes will do well, so simon'll make sure he gets big.

Joe has proven himself to be hugely talented and on some occasions has given some of the best performances of the series/night. Leon one night discovered a swing sound, something which isn't really relevant whilst Joe has taken on a variety of songs and proven he can do anything. Without actually hearing material by Joe I don't think you can call him a 'Leon mould.'

I was thinking lately Joe could have some excellent material if people like Gary Barlow were to get behind him. If Take That were on the XF you wouldn't really believe they were relevant enough to launch a pop career but they're one of the most successful British acts out there right now. I think they've proven that you don't need to be RnB or what ever to score hit singles. If you're talented enough people recognise that.

Perhaps you should read my post a bit more carefully. My point about Leon/Joe comparison was that "he's pretty good and goes about his business in a professional manner, and because he's prepered to listen and learn instead of acting the big i am, he's improving with every performance" also fits Leon as well as Joe. Leon was shocking at first, took advice and grew and grew with every performance.

If you're talented, people don't necessarily see that either, hence Laura White's single flopped. You don't have to be talented to forge a successful career, and having talent doesn't mean you'll get one. I'm not denying he can sing, but imo he doesn't have a recording voice and he won't last. IMO he sounds the worst out of the lot on the charity single and completely ruins it.

Also just because he has sung a variety of songs also doesn't mean he is relevant. Versatility is irrelevant, its just something brainwashed to us on X Factor. Recording artists stick to their strengths. In turn that means Danyl, Olly and Stacey have largely stuck to their strengths during the live shows. Joe can do anything, but his performances to me seem very empty. He is just singing them and puts nothing into them. If a singer doesn't really 'feel' a song then it just doesn't work, and Joe is just a good karaoke singer. I don't think he has done performance of the week at all.

Some Success then disappear after a couple of years

He'll have a number 1 single obviously, and maybe a Top 10[?] album but the ugly truth is he has no artist potential, there's no market for him and eventually he'll disappear. He'll have a good first year, a decent second year and perhaps make it to three years with the third year being VERY dried up.

He will be like Leon and no one will care what happened to him atfer the show ends.
Looks arent everything!

Its like when a Girl is on BB and all the lads love her and then she leaves and we are gutted for the rest of that Friday Night and then we forget all about her..until of course shes on Nuts magazine within a few days.

But with X Factor winners who are only liked because of their looks...They arent on Nuts :)

Joe is ****ed, hes boring and all their is to him is that stupid Smile he does and then he says "Yeah...." Thats it.

Who wants to listen to that on Interviews and stuff?

His music will be boring aswell, Only Old Ladies will listen to his stuff and even at that they`ll get bored of it too.

He`ll be dropped by his Record Label just like Leon.

Olly wont flop if he won, because their is MORE to him than singing boring songs.
But he wont win.

Stacey has a shot at winning, and she wont flop at least if she wins your vote will be well worth it because well be seeing alot of her and shes a nice girl.

Vote for Joe and your wasting your money, I know Girls that have voted 40 times every weekend for Joe.

Their Pathetic and are going to end up Hobos if they keep voting that much.

I'd say he'll flop but sure who else outta them is capable of sustaining a chart career? When all the hype is gone the reality is that they're all fairly mediocre.
