As for Dee Bliss she is technically dead she died in the car crash into the sea, the body was never recovered.

So the current plot line is Paul's twin son Cameron is really Robert. How Paul and Elle didn’t spot it straight away as the twins they have picked are just nearly identical. It is my experience that family and close friends can spot which twin is which.
Robert is the one who planted the bomb on the plane that killed the Bishops. He seems to be keen on destroying Paul for some reason probably just a psycho with childhood issues.
The real Cameron is in a coma in a hospital nearby, which Robert was responsible for.
