I go to bed at about 1am/1.30am Friday/Saturday and holidays. I go about 11pm weekdays because I get up at 6.30am.

I hardly ever stay up after midnight I get too tired lol

No only socially, its quite boring in the evenings at home so i couldnt stay up that long, run out of things to do
but if i do stay up after midnight i have no trouble getting up in the morning |

i'm homeschooled so i don't have to get up until i want to, so i stay up late:p |

I watch telly downstairs from around 6pm to 8.30pm. And record anything 'good' on after that.
Around 8.30-ish I head upstairs and am on the computer. I usually get tired around 11pm, and slip into bed. Although I usually wake up naturally around 1am, and I'm awake on and off until about 5am. I have a very unnatural sleep pattern. |

the past 3 weeks i havnt gone to sleep until well over 5am
last night i went to bed at 10am (well it isnt the night then, its the morning but you get what i mean..) |
My sleep pattern is more knacked up than normal at the minute, going to sleep around 7am and getting up about 3.4pm ish. I dont take drugs and yes I have a job, but I mainly work at night between abour 6pm-3am

Everyone is different. Personally my all nighter experiences both playing games then watching the sun rise or out on the town or in other peoples bathrooms getting sick have provided me with plenty of great memories that will far outweigh any damage staying up late is doing to me.

Usually between 12 and 1 for me and thats with a 7.30am start...struggle to get to sleep any earlier but I could use the sleep in the morning...
