That's because Britney has been groomed that way though. So much of it is to do with hype and image. But when you take away all that and get straight down to the music there really is not that much fundamentally different between the two.

Oh stop being such a snob. We aren't sticking up for "her", but her songs aren't any worse than Cheryl Cole, Britney etc.

right so just ignore all the similarities they do have I just stated then. Heidi is just an unsuccessful Britney. neither are particularly talented, neither produce or have any say in the music they release. The only thing separating the two is that Britney has been more successful, which really has **** all to do with it.

To be honest I don't like Britney either... they are all as bad as each other. The only time I have listened to Britney is in a club and that's because its been completely mashed up.

Difference is Britney worked to get where she is today and has been through a hell of a lot of **** because of it. Heidi faked her life on a reality show and record deals, magazine shoots and fame was just handed to her because of it.

Britney IS talented. She sings well, she dances well and she also plays the piano and composes despite what some like to think. She may not, vocally, be Mariah Carey but she knows her limits and she has an extremely sweet voice. Anyone who denies that Britney is talented just because of the music style she sticks to is just being petty.

Yeah but does any of that have anything to do with what's being said? People are slagging her off and saying oh she's **** etc when she may be, but this kinda stuff could easily be on Britneys album (who I like), and although Britney has all those talents she doesn't always use them, which is fairn enough really.

What's meant in this topic (I think, at least by me anyways) is that people are saying that the album is **** and she's talentless when it's just because it's Heidi, not to do with the music. The music is pretty good, if you like that kinda stuff.

I can see the Heidi/Britney comparisons but at least Britney's talented and is a performer/has a contract for a REASON.

Heidi's talentless. She's a complete mockery. Her music can't even be classed as her music, considering they're barely her vocals let alone any artistry. It just has her name on it. There are thousands of other musicians who would kill for, and actually deserve her budget, promotion and the chance of being successful.

Ahh I really, really can't stand her.

I do like her kind of music, but honestly, in my opinion Superficial is an awful album. It sounds cheap and she really shows herself to be a wannabee Britney. It's my opnion, and you're entitled to yours.

She should do a cover of I'm a Barbie Girl. State of her. Such a sad illustration of the times we live in.

I heard the album online, hated it.

I looove pop music but it just had very dated beats and all the songs sounded the same.

I just listened to it on itunes & it's seriously unbearable.
Can't even tell the difference between the songs, It's as if one song is a constant loop.

I do believe Britney has worked for it a lot more and when she was younger she was very talented! Not so much now, but she has earned it!
