Teens just have a total different outlook on life these days, they are happy to settle for less.

if you tell them no and stop giving them the opportunity to copulate the numbers will go down. education comes from good parents not from governments.

Your sister should be experiencing life at that age not bringing up children with no father figure.

I get what you mean, but if you tell a teen to not have sex.. they'd be more likely to rebel and do it! They need the education from school AND parents.

Well it's her own fault imo, my parents raised us all well (I'm one of four).. I can't tell you how upset/surprised we all were when she came out and said she was expecting her first. Then she went and did it again which just shows how stupid/selfish she was at the time.

So is having sex under the age of consent, so maybe they should prosecute underage mums and the lads who get them pregnant.

Your idea if keeping them under lock and key is any better? A lot of teenagers are gonna have sex regardless of if they've been told not to, it's always better to educate them in matters of contraception so that when most of them do it they won't be risking diseases and pregnancy.

This is Your Whole problem
you stay in the Past all the bleedin' time.

This is nothing like the Pre-1997 Conservatives.

It is a New Age now
Internet and New Labour Bad Control on Toxic Bank Debts.

And the New Labour Illegal Iraq Invasion
with America - Stinks.

The 1997 Era
is nothing like now
you can not compare like for like.

Children are wild animals and will do what ever comes natural to them.........Unless they are taught differently by good parenting........

The first thing to do is EDUCATE the parents to be resposible parents........The child pregnancy issue will then improve without further regulation and laws........No good having the same old scape goat of naughty pictures and videoes.........That is not the problem..PARENTS are the problem......
