its the combination of animated sigs avatars and gifs not just the one thing even if you turn it off you still have to contend with gifs in so many posts

Think more limits should be put on the size - if slowing system down! People come on forum to chat and give opinions - not look at others sigs!

I don't really have a problem in terms of connection times, I just find them garish.

Most of them dont slow the forum down, but there are always an odd one or two that go over the limit and slow me down

The jumping posts are result of the Live thread feature.

A post is just automatically added to a topic while you're reading instead of having to refresh the thread.

I agree... mine's only 3 seconds long so doesn't really slow anything down much...
