It probably was at the time

joeysteele 26-04-2012 09:26 AM

Water is what refreshes me the most, plain water from the tap, none of this bottled stuff that has stood on shop and supermarket shelves for likely ages.

Lime and Lemonade with ice. I intend to try the oj and lemonade now I've read this.

It was actually :amazed: They had them at Sainsbury's so got myself a few cartons. Think they might even still have them there.

Water, cold cold water

lostalex 26-04-2012 11:05 AM

water for sure. I don't understand people that say water doesn't have a taste. It definitely has a taste for me, and i love it. I've been obsessed with water ever since i was a kid. When i was a kid and we went out, i never wanted coke or sprite, i always just wanted ice water, i love it.

It's sooo satisfying.

Same, I love it. I would describe it as mineral-y

Milk is definitely the best with a PB&J.

Niamh. 26-04-2012 11:48 AM

Water probably or else a diluted drink, something flat anyway

lostalex 26-04-2012 11:52 AM

Also i'd like to point out i mean regular water, not the carbonated stuff, i've heard people come back from Europe and say that if you order water in Europe you get some kind of soda water and you have to specifically ask for normal water. i guess soda water is very popular in Europe. I like normal still tap water, not carbonated water.

They usually ask whether you want still or sparkling if you order water in Europe. I don't think they would just give you sparkling though if you hadn't specifically asked for it, definitely not in Ireland or Spain anyway

Marc 26-04-2012 11:58 AM

Sparkling :yuk:

Still >
