Ive had unrequited lust a few times in my life.

In my experience, slipping a couple of roofie's into his drink is a more effective method.

Yeah roofies are only temporary, Max says the blood is pretty much permanent.

There is also the wax effigy, and pin thing. Or the ball peen hammer thing. Or the lock them in the cellar and hope the stockholm syndrome kicks in.

Quite probably but I think Lucy was looking for something more lasting rather than the extraction of intimate body fluids and a sympathetic autonomic nervous response in yourself. (Or even multiple autonomic nervous responses).
