makes no matter. depends if they are actively passing info upstream or taking info downstream during the test, the test may last a few seconds but the figures are the highest achieved forcing info, they dont give an average speed just a peak speed achieved.

BT speedtester is accurate over a 30 second period. But you have to be on a bt line which you wont be in RoI

Also depends if you have opened ports for those programs as well.

and utorrent was seeding one film.
Not much but my result was way better earlier.

Have you forwarded ports for them?

You will see a change in speeds again if you do.

Your welcome, the other thing to try after doing one test is to try a different server and see if speed alters radically.

If you want a more accurate speed use your own ISP's speedtester. Most have them in the members areas.
