In fact, when excited by announcements, prizes, exciting contests OR even when giddy with people she felt safe with - Rachel DID behave that way and did so spontaneously.
That DID happen. Often enough to see it was a natural way of her personality.

Like I said - you could have seen PLENTY of situations where that is exactly how she was behaving in instances throughout the day,
but,
yes, she became 'muted' and subdued whenever there was a negative incident, bullying especially or any kind of challenge.
This is not 'weird'.
This is not 'incongruous'.
This is actually something you can expect from that kind of personality.
Sanguine personalities are often extremely giddy and bubbly in happy situations and swing to the extreme in unhappy or threatening situations. This is normal.

Maybe you think Rex was the 'real deal' and that would confirm you just don't know what you are looking at. I'd be worrying you will get swindled and duped by hustlers and schemers who will definitely identify you as someone who cannot read people properly.

Mate, its well known in general by people who watched the series, not just views on forums but also off forums/internet that Rachel was one of the worst and most boring house mates of all time.

She stood on the fence, came out with comments which you would think are impossible for a person trying to be a teacher to come out with (really stupid things). She played the game well and there you go but anyone trying to make Rachel out to be some sort of fantastic house mate, is just deluding themselves.

Yes but that is NOT the same as supposing her VT was insincere 'acting'. I say her VT actually DID represent her personality in excitable happy situations and that was seen repeatedly during the summer.

As for her being one of the worst and most boring HMs?

yep, plenty of us think she was great and especially in the last half of the season.

Well you have to remember that the VTs are made to grab attention over thousands of others. So yeah, theyre gonna exaggerate. Some more than others.

Plus you never know what the dynamics are gonna be between people so they may just not rub up against those types that annoy them enough.

But basically, the VTs are mostly irrelevant.

She wasn't just dull to people on here, she was dull to people on DS, dull to people if you talked about it off the internet. She was rubbish. The only reason she won was because the competition was rubbish.
