Next time you go to Asda Walmart get a bottle of baileys and some lime juice.

When you get home get two shot glasses and pour equal measures of baileys in one and lime in the other, allow them to warm up.

Then take the baileys and get all of it in your mouth, rinse it round, gargle it if you like but dont swallow yet, then get the lime juice in as wellsloosh that round your mouth.
