Well they do sell the official DVD mervi, but's it's only the composite of the whole series. It lasts about 90 mins, plus a few extra's.
Lot's of us have every episode from each day, and all the Big Brother Little Brother episodes as well (I assume you didn't have that in Finland?) I taped last years as well, but taped over thos without ever watching them. I have however watched the BB2 episodes lots and lots of times! |
What's Little Brother ? I've seen that name pop up in few sites and I've wondered what it was. I guess we didn't get that in Finland :(

What a shame! Not only is it a fantastic programme, but it is hosted by the gorgeous Dermot O'Leary
It is on every night that Big Brother runs, for 30 mins each programme. It's features highlights from the day, celebrity guests and the last evicted housemate is always a guest for the week following their eviction. It's great! Here are some pictures from this years series. The first picture is of Dermot  CLICK HERE |
I would have wanted to see that !!! Well, you can't have everything...We only got the normal 30 minutes show every weekday and the Big Brother reveals more on Saturdays. On Sundays we had a one hour show which showed what had happend in the weekend if I remember correctly.

When I first started watching BB I thought I was the only one to get totally hooked as I don't really know anyone else who was watching it. I'm so glad I'm not!
I've got a few hours on tape, but they didn't really show that much of it in Finland. I've read on the forum of things that happened in the house, but were never shown here :bawling: (Love theses smilies) |
Re-airing
They might show it again on subtv, they're notorious for doing that kind of stuff. I'm going to e-mail them and ask!
|
Thanks to you Mervi!!! I´m writing you in English eventhough I´m also from Finland. But I think it wouldn´t be polite because only you, me and other Finns would understand it if I wrote in Finnish...:spin: I was also thinking that SubTV could show BB2 again, because they always show the same programmes as you had also noticed... Let me know if they are going to show BB2 again!!!:hello:
|
We should all e-mail subtv and ask them to show BB again. It would be better than just one person mailing them. I'll get to it right away.
On the other hand, I would like to see other series of BB aswell... |
I send e-mail to SubTV. I hope they read it... And your e-mail as well...:wavey:

I spent the first ten days telling the lads in the offices on either side of mine, that there was no way I was going to watch BB2. I'd seen about 10 minutes of Helen and absolutely hated her - I kept saying she is so loud she has got to go.
Well they brainwashed me and I started watching - the rest is history. How I got to work some mornings I just do not know. I blame H and P. I spent the last two weeks arguing with same lads that Paul was serious about Helen and he wasnt having us all on. They still remind me of that. And yes the last week of BBLB was absolutely wonderful. Paul was so lovely, saying things like he may have lost £70,000 but he'd won something much better Helen's heart. Oh god, I'm off again:blush::blush: |
I hope every one of us Finnish BB fans sent e-mail to subtv or is going to. They just might show it again if we're persistent enough...
And don't worry Busy bee, I'd think there was something seriously wrong if you didn't go on about H&P (not talking about Sticks' H&P!). Please do! Maybe we get some more info about what's going on. I didn't know Paul said that about the £70.000. Is he super sweet or what!?!? |
I've understood that there was/is some sort of a follow up programme for BB4 and I was wondering if there w one for BB2 aswell?
We could try to persuade subtv to show it, if there was one :spin2: |
Sadly, there was no follow-up programme after BB2, Legally blonde. :bawling:
After the show finished, we were all left completely in the dark about what the former housemates were up to. There was no follow-up information on the official Channel 4 website, and we had to find out every scrap of information for ourselves by gleaning through newspapers and scouring the internet. We didn't do too badly, either! After BB3 there was a follow-up programme on the winner, Kate Lawler. However, as a lot of us who had loved BB2 really HATED BB3, we weren't particularly interested in this, or in any of its former housemates. Sad, but that's how we felt. Sorry to disappoint you. :spin2: |
There was a documentary called Big Brother Small World mind you, although it wasn't really a follow-up programme.
It looked at different Big Brothers around the world, including the UK. Several BB2 housemates were interviewed on it: Helen, Paul, Brian, Amma and Stuart. I've done a video of some of these clips. You can get it here: http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forum/video/videos.htm |
Thanks again, James! You are a treasure!
