I was actually being sarcastic. CharlotteSometimes accused me of being anti-women because I dont like Madonna, so I was just using her logic in the same way she judged me.

I was pointing out how ludicrous it is.

We are allowed to have different opinions.

I think cc is right, you can't call Will Young all those things Charlotte, because many of those points are a) against him as a person, and b) just because you don't like his music, doesn't mean he "can't sing".

None of the comments I made about him are "against him as a person" at all. Nor did I say that he can't sing - which for some strange reason you've posted with quotation marks. I said that he has a weak voice with no range. Do you think he has a powerful voice, with a good range? If people like him or dislike him, that's their choice. The thread invites comments on what people think of him / his music, which is what my comments reflect - my personal opinion.

If you'd bothered to read the thread correctly, you'd have realised that the 'arrogant' observation was retracted (not a concept your familiar with, I know). And he is indeed plummy. As he isn't a member of this forum, it's not a "personal attack" at all.
