Why does he have to organise events to worship God, most Christians manage to worship with out that crap. Why is he helping to sell CDs and loads of other crap? I have looked into it but I can't find any links to or evidence of any type of community project, and I know others here have said they have looked as well.

I believe links have even been requested to any kind of worthwhile use of the revenue generated.

I really can see what you're saying, and why others get concerned, but I just think it's better to have all the facts before everyone just decides the fella is a conman. You;d also have to assume that C4 tried to find out a bit about him before he went into the house...at least you'd hope they would, I'm sure they would have to do a certain amount of background checks on everybody.
