I think part of her reason for going is that she's worried about how her BF is viewing this. Her games with JJ may be putting him off her.

If Keeva wanted JJ then she would have made a move AFTER the drunken night. She didn't.
Josie is more than just a liar. She was so focused on being the victim that she chucked a possibly great friendship by bitching about Keeva to everyone EXCEPT Keeva. Then finally she brought it up wit her "oooh sorry Keeva"..... 30 mins later "oh that Keeva is a liar!!!".
