I never said he had a problem with women. It was his problem with Caoimhe, as an idividual, someone he'd already disputed with, that he felt the need to discredit her and get other members of the group against her. He used his religious beliefs to portray himself as the rightous hetrosexual married man, and villify Caoimhe as an seductress. Thus it's acceptable for Mario to walk around like such because Dave isn't attracted to Mario, and they're friends, whereas because Caoimhe is a woman he's more inclined to wander his eyes, but ultimately he disliked her as an individual person.
