He may not be considered "nasty" and underhand now but back in BB1 he was. That was a long time ago and at the time it was the big scandal. He told all the HMs that he'd been married and his wife was killed in a car accident when he was 19. Which he made up. He told them that he'd been in that TA. Which he made up. It was all shocking and very nasty by the standards back then and he did make BB1 and was a classic contestant which is why I believe he deserves his place in there.
