It's funny how many Americans have said on here/Facebook and Youtube that we are lucky to have Davina because they have a rubbish host lol So if I think she's sh*t and the Americans think she's sh*t.. she must be sh*t. |

Also, Julie is un-biased, and isn't comedic or crude behaved. She can carry out an interview properly without being all like 'I love them, so I hate you' like Davina. I have nothing against Davina, but her time has come. |

The last few posts in this thread are making me laugh so hard :joker: :joker: :joker: :joker: :joker: :joker: :joker: :joker: :joker: :joker: :joker:
Anyway, whilst I agree with the OP - there is still something about her that I love. And to me she is an essential part of the show. It wouldn't be right without her. |
If BB is renewed on a nw channel, it will have to be different.
i Imagine it will be like the brazillian version, like a hyrid between the original dutch version and the new pioneering American version. I can't imagine they'll keep it the same. eigther way, i doubt they'll keep the cackling ****oid davina. no way no how. |

Just shows the arrogance of some. |
Julie Chen is a newsreader our equivalent would be Fiona Bruce which is about as far removed from Big Brother as you can get

Mmm I do like the same format but seeing as though it may go to channel 5.. it will have to be different. I hope there is a different production team etc.. and a new producer.. I heard PEJ has quit anyways!! Someone who will have the power to choose GOOD housemates. |

they keep the public vote, but they also have HOH and POV's, and more control by the housemates. and they embrace the game aspect of it more than the dutch/Uk version yur used to. |

Anywho whatever happens to BB.. I will still be watching.. whatever the format :) |

Everything Davina done except BB has failed. The embarrassing chat show, her disastrous stint on Radio 2 sitting in for Ken Bruce, that awful sitcom etc. She's been living on borrowed time for a while now. This is the final nail in the coffin.

I like Davina as a presenter and a person, just not on Big Brother. |

Hopefully Davina hasn't hurt herself...
Holds for laughter* |
IF "the million pound drop is all davina has to look forward too, that does't say much for her.
did you see that show? srsly... |

EDIT: AS for million pound drop. Talk about dumbing down. That show is her level now but a few years ago she'd never have looked at such rubbish. |

She is an interviewer and not meant to show bias. The first time she interviewed makosi was bad. She went over the top about Sam Pepper just because people of a certain age thought he was interesting. He was only interesting because the rest were boring. Her crudeness is unseemly for a woman of her age with three children. Imagine when they grow up and see those BBBM. |

She hasn't done much in the past few years because she hasn't needed to, she gets £1m a year for BB. Its no coincidence that when BB gets axed, she suddenly gets the dancing show on Sky and £1m Drop |

And regardless of your personal opinion on MPD, the fact still stands that it was a big success for C4 and Davina, therefore proving that everything she has done outside of BB, is clearly not a failure. |
