I'll give you some advise!
Mmm Go out to the Gym. Do you know you diet? Cheesecake you def should not be having? Do you have your 5 a day that is very simple but very important for a diet. Things like Rice,Pasta and fish are important too. You need balance. You need excercise. 1 hour a day is good. Remember you may not be able to make a gym/lesure center so use ANYTHING. Burning calories is important and not going over your daily amount.Water is great as well, drink alot of it.Walking is simple something you can do anywhere so go for a walk,or even try a run? Biggest Loser Wii Fit game is one i'd say you should get start at the easy levels. Always make your own food you always know what went into it that way avoid eating out, best place is subway i'd say Turkey and Ham are the same amount of calories,Cheese isn't good try and stay away from it. Get as much salad as you can,and some mustard the sauces are not to good. Remember Stick To Your DIET (': x |

Writing down what you eat and drink and any thoughts linked to that eating helps you become more aware of your eating habits and problem areas. Recognising what is going on and understanding more about yourself is a powerful way to start planning changes to your diet and puts you in control.

Starchy foods such as bread, cereals, rice, pasta and potatoes are a really important part of a healthy diet. Try to choose wholegrain varieties of starchy foods whenever you can.
Wholegrain foods contain more fibre and other nutrients than white or refined starchy foods. |

Don't overeat
If you're full, or even simply satisfied, stop eating. There's no need to eat until your stomach feels like it's going to explode. Also, keep in mind that it takes a while for the nutrients in your food to enter your bloodstream, and circulate to the nerve centers in your brain that regulate appetite. Eating slowly is helpful in this regard--you give your body a chance to recognize that you've had enough to eat. |
