What's the point in a "warm-up", Niamh? This isn't a wedding, there doesn't need to be a rehearsal. It's a watered down version of something that happens every year and doesn't need to be changed or taken over by some new busybody.

what's the problem with a warm up is the way I look at it!

I've just answered that - there doesn't need to be one. You wouldn't go to Los Angeles in February and host a film-based award ceremony a month before the Academy Awards.
