Kate is not ungrateful to BB. She has just moved on from it. It was 7-8 years ago.

She's worked constantly since her win and is just wisely trying to distance herself from the usual BB HM wannabes. Who, lets face it, are considered to be the lowest form of life in the celebrity world.

I think its admirable that she has resisted being back in the limelight...and probably a decent amount of cash. But she never was a fame***** type.

i agree.. it seems to me that the same reason Kate won BB in the first place is the same reason why she's not returned to it!

Kate is one of the best BB winners ever. I think she didn't want to make an appearance because she's doing really well for herself at the moment with Kerrang and doesn't need the media attention/publicity which comes with appearing on BB.

I loved her as a housemate. BB3 rocks :D

She probably didn't want to be involved, i suppose she thinks she's too good for the program now.

No, I just think she's worked really hard proving her worth and that she's more than just another BB wannabe. Not easy to do.

To go running back to it now would just take her back to square one. She doesnt need it and BB doesnt really need her....although they obviously asked. So its all good.

Maybe Kate was not very enamoured with BB seeing as she was the winner but someone else in her series got all the publicity and wealth and was feted by the BB staff.

It seems a little ungrateful she had nothing to do with UBB but she was a hijacker back on BB:CH so maybe she was just very busy and did want to contribute something.

Rachael has just settled back in to her old life by focusing on her career as a primary school teacher, while Sophie was on BB Come Dine With Me - and ended up with Brian Belo touching her lower back at the dinner table

I can't understand why this has run to 2 pages - Kate has a REAL job on radio and not interested in BB.

The UBBs were unemployed nobodies. Brian's last TV job was presenting a phone-in for dosh quiz @ 1am on ITV - even that folded.

She's hardly successful. She's a presenter on Kerrang radio on a show that more about the callers than her. If she turned them down then she's a right stuck up cow.

I think she has the same affect as any of the other HMs where you can love or hate them on screen but in reality you probably just wouldn't like them. I loved watching Kate or Nadia's arguments but it's like what Brian Dowling said on Come Dine With Me, that you wouldn't want to be in the middle of it all

And the ones on UBB were doing what apart from signing-on. Brian's last TV job was that pay for quiz during the middle of the night. I was so bad, the company folded so now we have roulette via Sky.

I see your point but a DJ on Kerrang cant look down their nose at anyone. She's hardly Howard Stern.

If BB asked her and she turned them down then I personally think that's a bit stuck up. Especially since she did Hijack, has been on Hole in the wall and did Celebrity love Island.

She was probably annoyed that Jade was the real winner, She's done well apparently, but BB did that for her, so even a short video message would have been good just to show she is grateful.

She's "too successful" now apparently.

It wouldn't have harmed her to do one appearance on the Last Supper or something.

Is she scared people will be like "YOU WERE ON BIG BROTHER?!? YOU'RE FIRED!"

She needs to remember that without BB she wouldn't have this job.
