What planet are you on? Not a sure fire way at all.

A female to male transexual doesnt grow testicles or have them surgically grafted on. A scrotum like appendix is created from skin and then prosthetic testicles are inserted.

As the testicles are prosthetic, they dont have the same nerves in them or around them that a male has.

Obviously it wouldn't be the exact same effect but surely they can feel something there as it is still flesh tissue.
