I totally agree with Zippy,for some reason and I don't think any have come anywhere near winning, Girl groups always get overlooked by the voting viewers.
It is odd since Girl groups do well in the charts and are popular across the sexes and age ranges but somehow on X Factor, none have ever even come close.
I can't really see any Girl group in this lot that will as Zippy pointed out, have girls voting for them enough. So it will be another wasted spot if any Girl group goes through.
I am not saying that's right but none have ever come close or even did very much, if anything, after X Factor anyway.

FYD, Belle Amie and One Direction.

I actually really like Diva Fever as well, they remind me of Jedward a bit only more talented and likeable, they could be good fun on the show.

The only way a girl group is ever going to succeed on the X Factor is if it's a few very average looking girls with great singing voices that girls watching can relate to. Attractive girls who show off their bodies are instantly branded sluts. Then again, I'd have said Miss Frank fitted the bill for a group that girls could relate to, but they didn't do very well at all. If Simon had any sense he wouldn't take either of the girl groups through to the finals, but he never likes to be wrong so I'm sure he'll put One Direction and Belle Amie through on the basis that he created them.
