I cant imagine what it would be like to be an inconsiderate neighbour who plays music loud. I cant imagine what it can be like to park a car blocking people in, I cant imagine what it can be like to be a person who drops litter

OMG I seriously think he's purposely trying to drive me nuts!!!!! For all I know he's got ear plugs on and he's not even listening to his music! How many ****ing times can you play that song Paul Potts won to, That Spanish song Sanjaya from American idol sang and the same other random spanish songs. If appealing to his better nature has failed, and reporting him to your landlord hasn't helped, you need to contact the Environmental Health department at your local council. It'd be helpful to keep a diary of when he plays his crappy music too.

I told the landlord. He's been a bit more quiet and now I feel bad.:conf2: I feel like I ruined his good times but most of the times he was just taking the piss. :shrug:

I have the same problem with new neighbors. Last month a family moved next door to me and since then EVERY SINGLE DAY their sons are keeping noise by screaming and by bouncing things against the wall. Its a freaking pain.
