How did the English exam go?

Eugh. Not good. It's supposed to be a re-take but I've got a feeling my first one was better. Got another one on Wednesday morning aswell. Wahoo :tongue: Thanks for asking though :) How was your day?

My day been ok, not really done too much except catch up with my writing. :)

Ah right. What're you writing? I love English too, I just hate exams. I'd rather have all coursework, so then you can at least improve it and do it to the best of your ability. If you're not in the right frame of mind to write descriptively or imaginatively on the day of your exam then you're screwed. Today just wasn't a day that I'd normally sit down and write on, but with coursework you can do it when you're feeling in a writing mood. It's not too bad if I don't bump up my grade. I took my GCSE for Lit + Lang a year early and doing AS English now in Year 11, so hopefully what I've learnt in AS will help me.

Not long left now!

Yeah, I love English... especially descriptive writing. That's the only section of the exam I feel confident about. And I'm sure that you'll be in the competition.., I'm not planning on turning anyone down unless I get a surge of 20 applicants... which I highly doubt!

What kind of stuff do you write then? I mean, I know you write poems but have you ever written any stories?
