And I prefer coffee, never been a big tea drinker. Give me a double espresso anyday. |
Tea made me feel sick the first time I tried it, never had any since D:

I tried to drink Rooibios (which is caffeine free) on a nighttime, but I've come to realise that it's vile.
I'm sensitive to caffeine so couldn't even drink something like sencha or white tea before bed (love them both though). On a morning, if I can't be bothered with a strong coffee, then nothing beats a blend of Assam, Darjeeling, Ceylon and Kenya Tea. |

Herbal teas can help you sleep but I suspect you're more of a PG tips girl. Or maybe you have lots of milk in it and not a lot of tea? But read any advice about sleep and they will tell you not to drink tea or coffee late at night before sleeping. |
Coffee >
Tea's dull. |

And remember warm milk releases something into your body to help you sleep..
