I like gifs, I think they bring colour more humor to the forum, but I do agree somewhat with the points James made.

Happy to do so Josy - but I reserve the right to defend myself when I am being personally insulted.

Gifs are relatively non productive - certainly in the manner in which they are mainly used on here.

Anyway ... GIFS. They suck. I prefer real words. I really don't see the attraction in them. And they are often used to mask not being able to come up with a decent comeback or reply. Hence their rampant popularity with complete dolts.
