This Song is out 15 hours on itunes worldwide apart from UK and is already no.1 in #16 countries :D

Callum 11-01-2011 06:18 PM

^ Already posted that in the Britney thread but nobody seems to post there anymore, all the Britney fans have left apart from about two. :(

Really in love with this now, it's not her best song but it's really good. 130 plays so far

Not any time soon

I just can't stop listening to it. The dubstep part is brilliant.

Me neither

The beat after the chorus sounds slightly like a mixture between a chainsaw and a race car , it's sooo good though.

After she says in the slightly British/Scottish accent "If I said I want your body. Would you hold it against me?" straight after the second chorus, the bit that follows is the dubstep.

This is the slowest time of the year for big releases so her being number 1 on itunes whereever really don't mean nothing. There's no competition.

And whoever said her voice aint autotuned...HAHAHAHAHA.....HA!

Everybody knows she can't sing so lets not pretend otherwise. Silly.

If she released the song on the biggest release week of the year, she'd still be number 1. If Ke$ha, Gaga, Beyonce, Madonna and Britney all had new songs out on the same week, Britney would still get the #1. The Americans love her.

It's much less autotuned than her previous singles, I don't know what your listening to.

She may not be the best singer but it's unfair to say she can't sing, just look on YouTube of her singing live when she was younger.

This wont get number 1 in the UK she isn't releasing it till next month and thats when Born This Way will be out.

Z 12-01-2011 08:29 AM

I don't understand the delay? Why would she (and many other artists do this too) wait for a month to release it here, when it's available everywhere else? People will just illegally download it instead of waiting.

yeah, plus it's not exactly #1 material. Might crack the top 5 if it's lucky...but I can see a 'Not Myself Tonight' with this

I think Lady Gaga, Rihanna and to a lesser extent Katy Perry and Ke$ha have ousted Christina and Britney - they're getting a bit old to still be doing the things they're doing IMO.

Callum 12-01-2011 09:36 PM

The reason for the long delay for the UK is apparently for a "good reason". Rumour is she may perform at the BRITs in Feb and anyway if she would have released the single this week like the rest of the world, it wouldn't have made #1 sadly. Britney doesn't have a big enough fanbase in the UK to ensure it debuted at #1. :(

Smithy 12-01-2011 09:37 PM

If she performed at the Brits, she'd only end up showing herself up

How would she? :conf:

Yeah she would probably lip sync but it would still be a great performance and she wouldn't exactly be the first artist ever to lip sync at the BRITs

Shaun 12-01-2011 09:58 PM

*cough VMAs* *cough XFactor Womanizer*

Smithy 12-01-2011 10:02 PM

& the fact Take That, Plan B, Eminem and GaGa are performing there, her doing some half assed dancing and miming will make her look awful in comparison
