Since the OP gave us only three clues, ie Posh, Male and Drugs, Rex is the only one I know who fits the profile.

Maybe it was someone on Celeb BB, but I can't think of anyone.

Dane Bowers was arrested last year in a drugs investigation.

Tommy Sheridan was accused by a newspaper of drugs and sex scandal, though posh is not a word I would use for him

Loads of them have been involved with nose candy etc.
