Bieber will win something. They always reward big sellers because they are keeping the music business alive.

Personally I find the Grammys tedious. Pretends to be so credible and worthy but really its just another suckass awards show.

K, so Britney isn't performing now

Rihanna has announced that she will perform with Drake at the upcoming Grammy Awards.

The pair, who collaborated on the hit track 'What's My Name?', will take to the stage together for the first time at this month's ceremony.

The news was announced on the official Twitter account for the Grammys and later confirmed by Rihanna on her own feed. The singer and Drake have also both been nominated at the 53rd annual event.

Other previously-announced performers include Eminem, Katy Perry, Lady GaGa, Miranda Lambert, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars. It has also been rumoured that Gwyneth Paltrow and Cee Lo Green will sing together.

The Grammy Awards will be held at Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 13.

It has been reported that Eminem will perform “I Need A Doctor” alongside Dr. Dre at this year’s Grammy Awards.

With news that Eminem is set to open the show, new rumours have surfaced claiming that he will perform with Dr. Dre at the event as well as one of his 2010 hit singles.

“I Need A Doctor” which is out on iTunes now and already tops the download list features Eminem on the two first verses and sources say it will be great promotion for Dre’s comeback album “Detox”.

An insider said: “Eminem will definitely be performing with Dre on the night, and fans will not be disappointed.

“He will also be performing one of his “Recovery” singles but everyone is talking about the Dre duet saying it could be one of the most memorable Grammy moments of all time if everything goes to plan.”

I think she's performing it on th 13th, then straight after the show, she'll be releasing it, so it'll be like 11:30 US time (still the 13th) but generally most sales will come from the monday

Yeah but she's strung you along so muh from the VMA's (or was it EMA's) to giving you lyrics... it s less than 2 weeks away I'd be extremly surprised if it leaked before then....

Record of the Year is for the Artist produer and mixer

Song of the Year is for the composer of the song and not the artist.

Record of the Year is given to the artist who performs the song and the people who produce the track. Song of the Year is also awarded for a single or individual track, but the recipient of this award is the songwriter who dreamed up the song in the first place.

VMA's, and in these next two weeks the chances of it leaking skyrocket, because it's sent for reviews and for radio stations to preview/play it on the release date.
