Tragic accident. Unearthed cable laid by SEB penetrated when the paddock was aereated to improve the grass. Horses are about 6 times more easily affected by electricity than humans. Plus they wear metal shoes. Stable lads lifting the dead horses got mild shocks too.
Unlikely to be a race fix really is it, as all horses would have had to pass over the damaged cable, and the only likely outcome if it was on purpose was the same outcome that happened, the meeting was cancelled.
