ps; I do think there is a difference between young girls and young boys having relations with their teachers. It's a complex subject but I just do. Not saying either are right but I just think girls are more emotionally and physically vulnerable.

The whole point is that the boy is underage in the eyes of the law, and she was in a position of trust which she abused. There's no grey area, she should have been prosecuted. The photograph is hardly manipulation, it shows her quite clearly in bed with the boy, or is she mentally retarded not to understand the total inappropriateness of the situation??? The law should be even handed between the sexes. Men, in similar situations with underage girl pupils, have been prosecuted and kicked out of teaching, why should it be different because she's a woman and he's a boy?
