Not a clue

Can you imagine him trying to release lyrics like that these days? He'd be lynched by the PC brigade

It would be quite funny (in a really awful way) if Niall now stood on a drawing pin or something similar :laugh2:

Freaky funny :D

No its just crazy superstition and brainwashing baloney

that said, I do love the idea of sticking pins in a doll. Therapeutic if nothing else.

joeysteele 19-03-2011 11:00 PM

I would say I don't believe in it but I do find it unnerving too.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 19-03-2011 11:13 PM

No bloody idea.

But I think my mum and dad do because when I was young, I am not too sure what was wrong with me but I was in hospital a lot, doctors gave me a few months to live. I would be out of school for months. Anywya, since my parents were scared to lose me they brought me to some person that washed me in some river that was supposedly holy. After that I apparently wrote a letter to Jesus saying please jesus don't let me die, I don't want to go to hospital anymore..:joker: well i'm still here. But funny a few weeks ago I dreamt I was me when I was little. So in the dream it was me when I was little versus me how I am now. Little me was in a forest in a dress i loved when I was little..i swear that forest was the forest where they "washed me" anyway big me asked little me..."what happened?" little me replied " it wasn't me it wasn;t me...I promise..." so to sum it up....I don't ****ing know if I believe in it or not.:bawling: But It was nice chatting to little me. I wish I could give her more advice. :D

I love this movie so much. It's still the trippiest thing I've ever seen.

The other night I sat and watched that video and others from the film for hours. Pure bliss

Stu 20-03-2011 12:03 AM

It's on Neverending Story/Willy Wonka levels of insanity. The type of thing you only realize how nutz it is the older you get.

Watch it!

I saw it first when I was about 12 or something at school. Those 'lets have a video, it's the last day before Summer holidays' days and loved it. Then, as you say, you grow up and see it again and it's crazy :joker: I so have to see it again now

MTVN 20-03-2011 12:59 AM

Nah, I think it's a load of bull

Nope but I know a few people who do.

Incidentally voodoo isnt only about cursing people and doll images are used to good effect as well as bad in the eyes of the followers of that religious belief.

What is it you want doing, and to whom?

Vicky to suffer chest pains or Scott to fall in love with you?

They have no more effect than wishing good or ill for someone.
