Normal show >

It sounds TOO perfect.

I'm concerned about the public choosing who goes in, though. We won't really know enough about them to make a fair judgement. I don't think I trust for them to not go for the fittest housemates.

I think choosing all the housemates may be a bad idea, as you run the risk of flooding the group with either too many pretty boys or too many freakish, show off contestants. However one contestant chosen by the public could work, make them 'Britain's Player and have then do a series of tasks that we ask them to, similar to the 'America's Player' twist they did for Eric in BBUS. It would be a good way to aid fan interraction plus people texting and phoning in suggestions for 'BP' could create a lot of revenue.

How many times can a paper keep publishing the same headline?

JohnnyBB 02-04-2011 01:46 PM

they do this alo in america they'll probally put all the housemates on the channel 5 websites an make the public vote the pepole with the most votes or likes or wateva will probally go in just means we kno who goes in before hand!

Isn't the Daily Star owned by Richard Desmond anyway?..So if this wasn't true..Richard Desmond wouldn't post stuff like this in Papers??

They should replace the summer series with a 4 week Celebrity BB as well, 2 per year

Having the public vote people in is the most stupid idea ever. They cant even get the right people out most of the time

I like it when they do speed nominations though, it worked well in BB10 and Celebrity BB

Sticks 02-04-2011 06:08 PM

They should leave it alone and not ruin the memory of it by the flagellation of a diseased equine

CharlieO 02-04-2011 06:22 PM

in my opinon you may aswell add an 'i' to the title:
BB back and you will ruin it.

the public deciding who go in will be crap because all they will end up having in there is the 'good looking' fake bitchess

You have a point. The public have ruined many a CH4 BB by evicting controversial entertaining housemates far to early and ruined story lines that were and could have developed. Only to be left with the more introvert ones in the final weeks.

If true one thing I do like which could be a saver of good housemates is the idea that at least 4 will be up for eviction. Time limit on nominations and strict punishment for not nominating I like also.

Don't like the idea of public choosing who goes in though. The correct mix is vital to a successfull BB.........I don't think the public would choose the right mix especially if loads of kids join the voting brigade.....

BIG Brother will become a people power reality show when it returns to our screens later this year.

Big Brother fans will have a big say in what goes on in the house for the first time, not just over who gets the boot.

We can reveal that producers have drawn up revolutionary plans that will totally transform the spy-on-the-wall programme.

Under the shake-up, fans will decide who enters the house, who does the tasks and what treats or punishments housemates receive.

And one lucky viewer will even get the chance to spend a day in the TV house.

A source revealed: “Big Brother has always been proud of its boast that ‘you decide’ who stays or goes.

“Well now that’s being taken even further.

“For the first time, viewers really will be able to decide virtually everything that happens during the show’s run.”

BB is poised to return in August with a celebrity version, followed by an “ordinary” run of the show.

As well as choosing which housemates win a place on the series, viewers will decide who is picked for the three tasks each week, just like on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity.

Our insider added: “Everyone wants to see the squealers squeal.

“We don’t want Mr Alpha Male stepping in and doing tasks which are easy for them, we want the weak links to do it and mess up.”

Housemates will also get just one minute to nominate their fellow wannabes for eviction, or get thrown out themselves.

The source said: “Nominations take too long, with people painfully struggling to decide.

“Giving them a time limit will spice things up.

“Viewers will vote as usual in the weekly evictions but there will be at least four housemates up for the chop each week.”

Exact details of when and where the programme will return are still being finalised.

But a host of outrageous contestants are being considered for Celebrity Big Brother, including hooker Jenny Thompson, 21, who allegedly enjoyed sex sessions with Wayne Rooney, 25.

Rooney’s cousin Natalie, 20, and outspoken football pundit Andy Gray, 55, are also in line for deals.

Our source added: “Watch this space. BB is going to be bigger, brighter and more controversial than ever.

“It’s going to make a sizzling August even hotter.”

Sounds sizzling :D

But I don't give a flying **** about the girl who shagged Wayne Rooney or whatever. It's pathetic. There are so many stunning girls who have a lot about them instead of these fame hungry, demeening ones who we see all the time!
