I'm sure it will do well commercially considering how unbelievably cheap it must have been to produce.

georgehudson 05-05-2011 10:46 PM

I can't wait to watch it, feel happy for her that she's got these oppotunities after BB :)

This.
Stu, please do... I think a few of us are finding you a little hard to understand... :pat:

Princess 05-05-2011 10:50 PM

I think most of the JJJ fans don't really want to watch it as it'll just be so awkward. I'll be watching behind my fingers.

All this "fixed" bull crap just doesnt even make sense.

Just because something happened that you didnt like does not mean its fixed.

YESSSSSSSS! Finally somone normally who doesn't constantly go on about BB being "fixed"!
The only time it was fixed is was when Shilpa Shetty (the snobby, patronising, vile bit*h who came over from India that was on CBB5) won.

I really do hate it when people accuse the show of being fixed when someone wins who they didn't want to.

Not really, I never said the public voting was fixed just the tactics of the producers could be considered to be fixed in Josie's favour.

It was either a genuine stupid mistake to have the quadruple eviction or there was a reason behind why it was done as a vote to evict when they knew 3 of the favourites would leave.

I suppose stuff like this happening was the reason BB had gone to the dogs by the time it ended.

This is true. However, that isn't a fix, it's influence... It is in EVERY reality show, or voting show to be honest, like XF, IAC and BGT.

Definetely and thats why people get fed up and stopped watching.

The amount of influencing in BB11 towards JJJ and a few others was so obvious it was actually laughable.

Hopefully C5 can stick to the phrase 'you decide'.

Beastie 05-05-2011 11:36 PM

Don't worry this will be Josie's last show before she is airlifted like a beached whale back to obscurity.

Judas 05-05-2011 11:39 PM

Christ, some of these comments are heartless. Yeah, she put her self up for it by making the show but don't you think you are being abit shallow?

A lot of it is a reaction to a certain user who I won't name who doesn't post now who was a fanatically devoted supporter of Josie and used to variously insult people and hit the report button every time someone made a joke about her weight. It is getting a bit old now though.

<pedant>A metaphor is a comparison that is made between things, which is not always likely or obvious.

However, the explicit use of the word 'like' or 'as' is not used in a metaphor which is rather a comparison of two unlike things using the verb "to be". </pedant>

<pedant>analogy

the process of comparing one thing with another thing that has similar features in order to explain it </pedant>

Jacob is Glenn (or whoever's taken his helm)

And I don't sorry, I don't think I (or anyone else who usually might have) will either, the change in production arms from Remarkable to Initial means an all new production team.

I meant simile, always get the two muddled (muphry's law) :p.

iRyan 06-05-2011 01:55 PM

I don't really care about Josie and I know alot of people on here don't either, but there are also very many people who do and people who buy her magazine covers, perfume, etc. so it's no suprise they'd do another show with her. She has plenty of fans...

All new production team? Are you serious? That worries me a bit...

No..

It's called having a negative opinion on someone and voicing it, and if you think this is 'heartless' that's not even the half of it.

In Summer housemates get called far worse.

Edited towards JJJ>?

John James got an awful edit when it came to Rachael and Nathan threatening him. John James came across as attacking Rachael without cause but Rachael wound him up to do it but BB did not show that.

They gave him a very bad edit.

I didnt like John James at all, i thought he was a coward and had serious anger issues but i can see when something is edited and something is not so BB do not control my votes by editing

Believe so, unless the non-exec and creative staff at Endemol are pooled between all their (non-acquired) production teams or the BB portion of Remarkable's production staff were rotated to Initial upon BB's C4 conclusion.

So, a simile would describe what IS, but not explain WHY or HOW ..... ;)

Did anyone on TiBB even watch this :laugh3:
