Just when I read Scott saying he'd received 3 infraction points for (allegedly) posting such a gif - I was under the impression that that is a permaban - which then Scott would have queried (rightly as it turns out, even though he was given 3 points and not a 'ban' ) ..... It's muddied the waters but hey, good that it was sorted out quickly though. :)

Posting photos of other members without their permission is a straight ban. Not necessarily permanent though, the most recent member permabanned for that was a bit of an extreme case.

However, this happened before that rule was in place :)
