Definitely! You can barely post a message without being called a PBU!

I think you will find Redway, over time that the vast majority of people on here are welcoming and supportive at times too.

I am sad that you feel you have not had a good welcome,I have only been on 1 year nearly but I would have to say that in that time I have come to respect a lot of people on here even though I may strongly disgree with them.

I hope your continued time on here is better for you and that you see the really good side of the forum members too.

Happyland has just said virtually what I was going to. She is 100% correct

Then they deserve to be banned and insulted.
If they just be cool and fit in and be normal, then it's all good.

But they don't. That's my point. If everybody could stop being so judgmental and see what they have to offer.

It's posts like these that make you realise that some people are here to bring good will. I like you. I'll add you. :)

No problem. You seem reasonably nice anyway not sure why people would treat you unfairly.

Stu 06-06-2011 09:52 PM

The only people who get treated bad are those who are clearly trolls or previous members. It's that simple. Or in extreme cases of course people who are neither but can barely speak English, clearly have an agenda, or are generally just mongs but then again that's not limited to new members is it.

Once again, you are completely incorrect.

This shouldn't even be asked as a question - it's that obvious.

I mean, Doogle, CharlieO and Black_Dagger are some examples of new members who I think everyone's accepted.

- wonders if I am still considered new -

Oh no sir I apologisd to you yesterday but you must have been too drunk to remember - after all as you are keen to point out to anyone that will listen you were totally drunk which is what caused you to post all those overly kind, perfectly typed, oddly non drunken looking posts :).

Shaun 06-06-2011 09:54 PM

Redway, for the love of God. Please use the multiquote button. Your driving me insane with all these singular posts. askjfdskjfha :bawling:

Yes they do.

The majority of new members are either Spam Bots for Walmart in America or silly 10 Year olds who think because they've hit the double digits they can join a Big Brother forum now.

That's the honest truth.
I love new members - it's like fresh meat and new minions.

But it has to be said the majority join up and advertise something like their Sims Big Brother series or how Taco Belle are doing great deals in San Francisco or make a thread about how they know something about BB12 we don't - when it's either or not true, or we found it out like 3 weeks before.

I think new members get welcomed, even when there is doubts about them, look at all the one post wonders in the Lounge, they have a similar way of wording posts but most are greeted warmly, even though they are probably sometype of spammers.

The only two times recently I noticed new members getting treated with suspicion are Redway and Mr CW. And I think it was because of posting style in both cases.

Glenn. 06-06-2011 10:29 PM

Idiot new posters should be pushed out by verbal abuse from the superior members, its the way of life.

:joker:

Not really. Except for the idiot posters like Patrick imitated.
