Tom - was an awful PM because he got overruled, I think if he stood his ground hed be very good.

The problem with Tom from what I've seen is he's got good gut instinct to be successful but he seems to flounder in other areas and lets everyone step over him.

I agree, he need to show more authority and a backbone. He let Melody walk all over him, it was her fault they lost and she was lucky not to get fired but Leon didn't do as much so probably the right decision there.

Everyone is like poor Tom but he was just as bad as Melody in terms of the mistakes made in that task;).
