Well if theres so little interest in the media then even more reason to promote, promote, promote!!!
How else is anyone gonna know.
Considering Desmond owns Ok and The Daily Star i thought there would have been alot more ACTUAL news instead of all the rehashed crap about sex crazed housemates and love dens.

Since when has Desmond, OK and the Daily Star ever been associated with ACTUAL news?

I have been informed that -
Emma Willis is the new Big Brother presenter.
CBB lasts 23 Days starts - Wednesday 10th August - Friday 2nd September.
Big Brother 12 is 12 weeks long (not 13) - starts Monday 5th September - to Friday 25th November.
Highlights shows will be from 10pm until 11pm each night.
Channel 5 will show BB Live from 11pm to 1am weeknights nights straight after the highlights shows resulting in Supercasino being shown 1 hour later than normal from 1am onwards.
There will be no saturday highlights show. A movie will be shown instead.
Little Brother won't be back - OK TV will report on big brother highlights weekdays during the series runs.
Fiver may show extra BB live during the afternoon hours. Still being discussed apparently.
No official big brother website or 24 hour web stream will be available just a facebook page / app.

No LF or saturday show :(

Clearly ill informed guess work. Firstly C5 don't show movies on Saturday nights, they show back to back US crime dramas and will need the slot even more with BB taking slots in the week. And secondly Fiver was replaced by 5* back in March.
As for the rest - actually a fixed 10pm slot with streaming straight after (rather than waiting for HMs to go to bed) would work quite nicely, and I've said all along they should forget the spin-offs and concentrate solely on the main show, so using OK! TV for snippets of info instead would be a wise move - as is axing the low rated Saturday show, which largely just recapped the eviction anyway, so BB fans aren't expected to commit to the show every single night for four months. (So considering they're all good moves, I'm guessing this "source" is bollocks!)
Finally no live feed is one thing, but no website at all is completely unbelieveable. Up until it's latter years the Big Brother website was the most popular entertainment site in the UK - so cutting off that potential revenue stream entirely - well even Channel 5 aren't that stupid.
