Of course they did. They lied through their teeth. They're con artists, and will end up in prison in the next ten years, charged with the death of their daughter. Trust me. This story is as old as the hills. It's not original. The only reason why people even still give sympathy to these cretins, is because the media has played the public like a violin, making this into a soap opera, and having the parents displayed as helpless victims. Read the facts, and you know who killed her. Madeline is dead. Her killers are free, and still living off of the fake charities they set up. Next story.

I dont believe for one minute she has been found, & i also think that girl is still not alive, i think one day she will be found but will be dead, thats my honest opinion.

i'm sorry but this is going to sound really bad but she has either settled in with the people who abducted her and has probably forgotten or parents or she is dead.

I don't see why anyone would want to try and remain in the public after all of this time if they were the ones who actually killed her. Surely the McCanns would have let it die down a little bit if it was them that murdered their daughter - they certainly wouldn't be spending thousands of pounds on top private detectives and be releasing books etc to try and keep the campaign going.

100% agree with you letmein, dont know if the parents actually killed her, but they are defiantly involved in it somehow, that im certain of.

It's a ridiculous assumption to make. The evidence clearly is in their favour. DNA tests have been held with the car that they hired and nothing was found. If it was them that did it they'd have been caught a long time ago.. people always are and you only have to look at the case of Shannon Matthews to see that. If a close family member/friend is involved then they don't stand a chance because that is pretty much the first avenue that is crossed. I believe that she was taken by someone completely unknown to the family...

Doubt it. She looks about 12, not 6. They've done this before, too. Of course, it would be brilliant if she was found, but I doubt this is her.
