I know, I'm weird :laugh: I'm a really fussy eater. I only tried pork about a year ago. Loads of meats I've never tried... lamb (don't want to), veal, prawns, crab...

I just stick to chicken, turkey and fish really.

Obviously I'd had some pork before, like hot dogs (well... if you want to be optimistic and think that's pork :laugh:) and bacon, but actual chops. Never had until I was at a friend's New Years party.

and for the final nail in the coffin... I HATE GRAVY.

I apologise, but anyone who has a prime cut of steak well done has just ruined a good piece of meat.

Medium and less cooked is acceptable but as rare as possible without being raw is preferable.

That pic you posted over the page actually makes me feel a bit sick, I prefer mine almost burnt.

It tastes so delicious though. I couldn't eat a well done steak. :yuk:
