For the first time ever I can't find someone who wants to watch with me. :( Everyone seems fed up. They should play it on the big screen outside city hall:

No hype where I'm from at all. Nothing on Facebook, except the stuff from Channel 5.

Will be a toss up between Big Brother and the Celtic game on the internet, will probably just watch the first half of Celtic game and then BB for the night.

No hype here pmsl

seanraff07 18-08-2011 04:32 PM

More hype than I thought there would be actually, normally no one on my Facebook or school tend to give a ****. But theres been some talk and FINALLY saw an advert on a bill-board on the bus on the way to school this morning :D

I have seen a couple of facebook statuses about Charlie Sheen and Amy Childs

Me and my mates have been talking about how excited we are for big brother, even one of my friends who doesn't usually watch it says he was really looking forward too it. Top notch to channel 5 for the advertisement, 4 bilboards in and around my area i've seen, and also the televsion adverts being shows on different channels.

Nothing at all where i am if fact noone i know knew it was on and are only interested in XFactor

Vicky. 18-08-2011 05:41 PM

My mates who dont usually watch (or havent since BB3) are watching tonight :suspect:

Marc 18-08-2011 05:42 PM

I'm not that excited tbh. But I'm sure I will be by 9pm

Valdora 18-08-2011 05:45 PM

I have to say that it's good to hear anyone talking about it. As people have said there was a time where I thought all the advertising would be Channel 5 and Daily Star based. But the fact Brian was on Radio one, the adverts are on other channels plus billboards is a really good job by the channel.

People may or may not care. But they know it's on and where. That was the first huddle they needed to cross.

There's a billboard for it just outside work, with "Wednesday 17th" plastered all over it.
And apart from someone in work briefly mentioning it the only one I've seen excited was a 10 year old boy on the bus saying "Big Brother's on tonight, can I come round yours to watch?" to who I think was his big sister.

Sophiee 18-08-2011 07:21 PM

I'm really hyped now it's getting so close!

RichardG 18-08-2011 07:23 PM

My mum and dad are going to watch it for the first time ever tonight so that's something at least, but no one else I know cares about it. We have about 5 billboards set up in our town as well and yet no one cares about it, it's sad. :bawling:

CharlieO 18-08-2011 07:24 PM

I just watched the final hour. :(

I am so pumped now but oh god I am going to miss Davina so bloody much I can't even describe it.

KG. 18-08-2011 07:44 PM

There's no hype whatsoever where I am, I forgot it was even on tonight until I saw it on the TV guide a couple of hours ago
