I'm starting to understand him more. The same way it took me a long time to understand some thick scottish accents in the house on previous seasons.

I understand most of what he says now, it's getting easier the more I listen to him.

Also I mean that phone call sounded like a different language..:/

I think he's hilarious BECAUSE I can't understand him :laugh:

I can only understand him when he says "Lady" or "Honest to god" apart from that it's all double Dutch.
I'm also have trouble with Tara that accent is truely horrible.

I actually switched the subtitles on last night so I knew what he was talking about. :joker:

I think Paddy udnerstanding other people is more of a problem. People have to say the same thing to him over and over and over and still there is hardly a flicker of comprehension in his eyes.

he also seemed to say 'Baby' a lot to his wife...

I do find him a bit to understand at times, but I'm getting there..I think he's really funny and a great choice of housemate.

Why does he have an irish accent if he was born in Manchester D:

Being Irish and growing up around travellers, I can say yea I understand him easily.

He doesn't have an Irish accent though, he has a Traveller accent, but I can definitely hear a British twinge to it, Northern English to be precise.
There are a lot of things he says and words he uses that sound very English when you are used to the Irish Travellers accent

The more you listen to him the more you will understand him.It's like listening to some people after they've had a stroke you will get the gist.
You'll obviously understand him if you're oyrish.

I can't really understand him all the time either. I have to listen really hard to know what's he talking about lol.

The first night i couldn't understand a word! it got easier each night and i can now understand most of what he says.

I can for most of it, I like how they're using subtitles sometimes haha
